Ive started going to the gym five times a week, how long before I see results?
Well, I just started going to the gym, my first week and I'm actually thinking of going at least five times a week im 5'5and 135-140 weight in the gym usually weight train for about 20 min on 25 especially for the legs because im trying to lose more weight from there then I go on the cardio machines (stair stepper, bike, elliptical, treadmill) i usually change every 15 machines – 20 min, so far Ive lost ive 200-300 calories each time step from cardio to im wondering how long will it take start to lose fat? I also eat no more than 1500 calories less and sometimes I eat less than a 1000 and I like a lot of vegetables and lean meat and carbohydrates very little. Also does any one have any suggestions on how I can lose fat faster? oh and im am a 15 years old and will be 16 women in two months if that help with anything lol

Adjust your diet to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Lose weight faster than you can make your fat body to increase. A diet of 25% of calories from fat, 50% of calories from carbohydrates and 25% of the protein would probably be healthy. It is not necessary exactly do these exercises, but they work the same muscles.

What a beginner routine good for workers at the gym?
I'm totally out of shape, so I can start somewhere something that is difficult but not impossible. I can spend about 1 1 / 2 to 2 hours per day there. My gym has basic equipment (freeweights, leg / arm weights, ABS / lower back machine, treadmills, stair machines, bikes). I went yesterday and tried everything. Devices bodybuilding arms were hard, he could only resume on October 1 (a game) until my arm was tired. The legs can do for about 15 representatives (one game) before getting hurt from too. The ab / back machine could no longer be too tired or sore, it was painful, but I have done. Bike / Stairs could do for about 30 minutes each on average. Treadmills can do for a while, but this is not a of my favorites. Any suggestions help! Thanks much!
Hey. If you are out of shape and unfit, I think you should focus on the cardio base before starting to do resistance training muscle pain, as weights. So … cardio workout. Exercises and activities that fundamentally, one of your heart, let your body adapt to the intense activity and fitness. This means that you must use the treadmill, bike, stairs and even a skipping rope. Just alternate between them so they do not get bored. And make sure you come one day of rest between them to allow your muscles to heal and get rid of any lactic acid. Good luck Have fun and !!!:)
